The secret to our cuisine? It’s simple: Fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients of outstanding quality define our philosophy. Always premium, mostly sourced locally and whenever possible organically certified. Around twenty carefully selected artisanal producers from Vienna and the surrounding region supply the fine ingredients from which our dedicated kitchen team creates refined dishes.

Artfully presented and wonderfully diverse. At the buffet: all breakfast classics, daily changing delicacies and vegetarian-vegan options. Freshly prepared à la carte, signature egg dishes and Sans Souci daytime specialities are served at the table. A glass of champagne is included.

Champagne sets the tone at the Veranda Brasserie & Bar. An exceptionally extensive selection of more than 100 items invites you to discover different styles, houses, and characters. Regular champagne tastings offer in-depth insights into the origin, signature style, and special characteristics of individual cuvées – accompanied by fine canapés.

Whether a birthday, anniversary, engagement or an intimate dinner, Veranda offers the perfect setting for special occasions. Our 60 m² private salon with direct access to the Laurent-Perrier Lounge terrace creates an exclusive atmosphere.
