The secret to our cuisine? It’s simple: Fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients of outstanding quality define our philosophy. Always premium, mostly sourced locally and whenever possible organically certified. Around twenty carefully selected artisanal producers from Vienna and the surrounding region supply the fine ingredients from which our dedicated kitchen team creates refined dishes.
