Our champagne tasting in October is dedicated to Bollinger, a historic Champagne house from Aÿ in the Champagne region.
Bollinger is known not only for its powerful, elegant champagnes, but also for Madame Lily Bollinger, who shaped the House from 1941 onwards and helped establish its international reputation. The Pinot Noir-driven cuvées impress with their depth and refined aromas. As James Bond’s champagne and a former supplier to the British royal family, Bollinger continues to embody history, character and timeless elegance.
Together, we will open a selection of cuvées and discover the world of Bollinger. Along the way, we will learn more about the history of the House, the special role of Chardonnay and a philosophy that has remained consistent for generations – untouched by fleeting trends.
